Responsibilities

• Drive and reach sales goals through guest interactions including tire and service sales.
• Build guest relationships and ensure guest satisfaction by understanding their needs.
• Explain warranties, advertising, and promotions of products and services.
• Manage guest interactions from check-in to checkout, including scheduling and estimating service time.
• Make recommendations based on manufacturer recommendations.
• Promote personal development using company training tools.
