Responsibilities

• Maintain communication with technicians and shop foreman about job status.
• Handle customer complaints politely and professionally.
• Assist with policy adjustments within management guidelines.
• Answer incoming calls promptly and satisfy inquiries.
• Complete work orders and explain services performed; collect payments.
• Strive to ensure high customer satisfaction with the shop's service.
