Dealer Tire, LLC is seeking a Tire Sales Specialist to join our premium automotive dealership team. You will engage customers, sell tires on the service drive, and build trust with dealership partners.

After training, you will identify needs, provide pricing, close sales, and help with inventory and reporting. We offer a stable 40-hour week and a compensation plan with base pay plus commission.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience in a goal-driven, customer-facing environment.
• Automotive experience preferred.
• Proven ability to hit or exceed sales targets.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Basic computer skills (order systems, CRM tools).

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and sell tires on the service drive.
• Perform quick visual inspections.
• Identify needs and confidently recommend solutions.
• Provide pricing and close sales.
• Build relationships with customers and dealership teams.
• Support store operations (inventory, reporting, etc.).
