Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally in person and on the phone using standardized techniques.
• Listen to and document concerns; inspect vehicle and reference service history to identify needs.
• Recommend services and document recommendations in the customer file.
• Promote the sales of services, parts, and accessories.
• Provide accurate quotes including cost and time; update customer on status.
• Follow cashing out procedures with warranties explained.
• Conduct post repair follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction.
• Track returns and warranty parts for customers.
• Other duties as assigned.
