Pomp’s Tire Service, Inc. is seeking a Tire Sales Manager to lead a team of sales professionals and drive revenue through new and existing customers. You’ll guide product recommendations and shape a results-driven group sales strategy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of management experience.
• Strongly preferred: 5+ years tire sales and service experience.
• In-depth knowledge of tire sales and service practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of products and services to deliver accurate information to customers.
• Achieve established sales goals and objectives.
• Conduct regular inventory assessments to ensure stock levels are maintained.
• Assess customer needs and provide tailored product recommendations, offering hands-on explanations when necessary.
• Analyze customer issues and collaborate to find effective solutions.
• Oversee staff management, including hiring, training, and handling disciplinary actions as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Do

What You Need

• Valid Driver’s License and ability to pass pre-employment driver’s file
• A minimum of 3 years of management experience required
• Strongly preferred: 5+ years of experience in tire sales and service
• In-depth knowledge of tire sales and service practices required
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with others
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with MaddenCo is preferred
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
