Job summary

Pomp’s Tire Service is seeking a Tire Sales Manager to lead a team of sales professionals and drive a results-driven group sales strategy. You will guide them to engage both new and existing customers to grow sales of tires and related services.

You’ll manage staff, hire and train, maintain inventory, and deliver tailored product recommendations. Strong leadership and 3+ years of management experience with tire sales are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience is required.
• 5+ years of tire sales and service preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of tire sales and service practices required.
• Valid Driver’s License and ability to pass pre-employment driver’s file.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of products and services to deliver accurate information to customers.
• Achieve established sales goals and objectives.
• Conduct regular inventory assessments to ensure stock levels are maintained.
• Assess customer needs and provide tailored product recommendations, offering hands-on explanations when necessary.
• Analyze customer issues and collaborate to find effective solutions.
• Oversee staff management, including hiring, training, and handling disciplinary actions as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned

What You’ll Do:

What You Need:

• Valid Driver’s License and ability to pass pre‑employment driver’s file
• A minimum of 3 years of management experience required
• Strongly preferred: 5+ years of experience in tire sales and service
• In‑depth knowledge of tire sales and service practices required
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with others
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with MaddenCo is preferred
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
