Job summary

Pomp’s Tire Service, Inc. is seeking a Tire Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive product and service sales. This on-site role focuses on mentoring staff, maximizing customer engagement, and delivering results in a fast-paced tire service environment.

You’ll develop product knowledge, set goals, manage inventory, assess customer needs, and coordinate staff events. The position offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth within a long-established, veteran-friendly company.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience required.
• 5+ years of tire sales and service preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of products and services to deliver accurate information to customers
• Achieve established sales goals and objectives
• Conduct regular inventory assessments to ensure stock levels are maintained
• Assess customer needs and provide tailored product recommendations, offering hands-on explanations when necessary
• Analyze customer issues and collaborate to find effective solutions
• Oversee staff management, including hiring, training, and handling disciplinary actions as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

What You’ll Do

What You Need

• Valid Driver’s License and ability to pass pre-employment driver’s file
• A minimum of 3 years of management experience required
• Strongly preferred: 5+ years of experience in tire sales and service
• In-depth knowledge of tire sales and service practices required
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with others
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with MaddenCo is preferred
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
