Position Summary
As a Tire & Battery Center Technician, you will work to provide safe and efficient service in both the sales and service areas of the department, delivering more of what our members love, for less. You will collaborate with other associates to ensure the club meets members' expectations.
What you'll do
- Be a Team Member: Collaborate with team members to fulfill sales and service requests, educate others on tools, tasks, resources, and mentor new technicians, while developing interpersonal skills for providing safe and efficient customer service.
- Be an Expert: Demonstrate knowledge of safety and compliance protocols, tire and battery industry standards, service procedures, equipment operations, TPMS, product specifications, seasonality, and sales techniques.
- Be a Techie: Use digital tools to plan sales, improve service, and elevate engagement, utilizing handheld technology for immediate business decisions.
- Be an Owner: Manage equipment, tools, supplies, track returns and special orders, operate cash registers, maintain inventory, ensure safety and compliance, report issues, and assist members with purchasing decisions.
- Be a Talent Ambassador: Promote the brand through high-quality service, develop others, and foster a respectful, supportive team environment.

Minimum Qualifications
- Valid state-issued driver's license
- Must be 18 years or older
- Successfully complete all required trainings and assessments

- Auto service industry experience
