Position Summary...
As a Tire & Battery Center Technician, you will work to provide safe and efficient service in both the sales and service areas of the department, delivering more of what members love, for less. You will collaborate with other associates to ensure the club meets members' expectations.
What you'll do...
- Be a Team Member: Collaborate with team members to fulfill sales and service requests, educate others on tools, tasks, resources, and mentor new technicians, while providing safe and efficient customer service.
- Be an Expert: Demonstrate knowledge of safety protocols, tire and battery industry standards, equipment operations, TPMS, product specifications, and seasonality. Use Point of Sale systems and sales techniques effectively.
- Be a Techie: Utilize digital tools to plan, drive sales, improve service, and elevate engagement through handheld technology and systems for immediate business decisions.
- Be an Owner: Manage equipment, tools, supplies, track returns and orders, operate cash registers, maintain inventory, and ensure safety and compliance. Assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve issues.
- Be a Talent Ambassador: Advocate for the brand, model high-quality service, develop others, and foster a respectful, supportive, team-oriented environment. Comply with policies and complete work efficiently.

The hourly wage range for this position is $18.00 to $25.00, with potential premiums based on specific circumstances. The actual wage will meet or exceed local minimum wages.
Minimum Qualifications...
- Valid state-issued driver’s license.
- Must successfully complete all required trainings and assessments.
- Must be 18 years or older.
Preferred Qualifications...
- Experience in auto service industry or retail.
