Position Summary

As a Tire & Battery Center Technician, you will work to provide safe and efficient service in both the sales and service areas of the department, delivering more of what members love, for less. You will collaborate with other associates to ensure the club meets members' expectations.

What you'll do

• Be a Team Member: Collaborate with team members to fulfill sales and service requests; educate others on tools, tasks, resources, and mentor new technicians; develop interpersonal skills for safe and efficient customer service.
• Be an Expert: Demonstrate knowledge of safety protocols, tire and battery industry standards, service procedures, equipment operations, TPMS, product specs, and seasonality; utilize POS systems, phone, and in-person sales techniques.
• Be a Techie: Use digital tools to plan and drive sales, enhance service, and increase engagement; adapt to new technology and promote its use among team members.
• Be an Owner: Communicate needs for equipment, tools, and supplies; manage inventory, safety, and compliance; process transactions; assist members with purchasing decisions; report issues and complete documentation.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Promote high-quality service and products; inspire and train team members; uphold the brand and member experience.
