Job description

As a Tire & Battery Center Technician, you will work to provide safe and efficient service in both the sales and service areas of the department, delivering more of what members love, for less. You will collaborate with other associates to ensure the club meets member expectations.

What you'll do...

• Be a Team Member: Collaborate with team members to fulfill sales and service requests, educate others on tools and resources, and mentor new technicians.
• Be an Expert: Demonstrate knowledge of safety protocols, industry guidelines, service standards, equipment operations, TPMS, product specifications, and POS systems.
• Be a Techie: Use digital tools to plan, drive sales, and improve the service experience, utilizing handheld technology for immediate business decisions.
• Be an Owner: Manage equipment, supplies, inventory, and safety standards; process transactions; assist members with purchasing decisions; resolve issues.
