Position Summary
As a Tire & Battery Center Technician, you will work to provide safe and efficient service in both the sales and service areas of the department. You will deliver more of what our members love, for less, by working collaboratively with other associates to ensure the club meets the member’s expectations.
What you'll do
- Be a Team Member: Collaborate with team members to fulfill sales and service requests, educate others on tools, tasks, and resources, and mentor new technicians. Communicate effectively to provide safe and efficient customer service.
- Be an Expert: Demonstrate knowledge of safety and compliance protocols, tire and battery industry guidelines, service standards, equipment operations, TPMS, product specifications, and seasonality. Utilize Point of Sale systems, phone, and in-person selling techniques.
- Be a Techie: Use digital tools to plan and drive sales, improve service, and elevate engagement. Leverage handheld technology for immediate business decisions related to services, safety alerts, and training.
- Be an Owner: Communicate equipment, tools, and supplies needs, operate cash registers, maintain inventory, ensure safety and compliance, report issues, and assist members with purchasing decisions.
- Be a Talent Ambassador: Advocate for the brand, model high-quality service, develop others, and foster a respectful, supportive, team-oriented environment. Comply with company policies and complete work efficiently.

Minimum Qualifications
- Valid state-issued driver's license
- Must be 18 years or older
- Successful completion of required trainings and assessments
