Responsibilities

• Maintain tire and battery center safety and standards according to policies.
• Stock, merchandize, price, and display merchandise in TBC areas.
• Assist members with tire and battery services and appointments.
• Explain warranties and product details to members to ensure value.
• Drive sales by promoting TBC services and offerings to members.
• Triages service workflow to maximize efficiency and communicates with lead technicians.
