Job summary

Sam's Club in Midland, TX is hiring for a Tire and Battery Center associate. You will help customers, maintain safety standards, merchandise displays, and coordinate tire and battery services.

You will use Sam’s Garage and product knowledge to recommend the best tire and battery options and ensure a positive member experience. This full-time role includes benefits and a performance-based bonus.

Qualifications

• Valid state-issued driver's license.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Auto service industry experience preferred.
• Retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains facility and sales floor safety and standards by adhering to all safety policies and procedures.
• Ensures the Tire and Battery Center (TBC) sales floor is organized, stocked, zoned, and merchandised according to policy.
• Presents and maintains merchandise presentation by stocking merchandise, signing and pricing, and displaying goods.
• Monitors tire and battery orders daily and assists members with installation appointments.
• Provides expert member service using Sam’s Garage to recommend tire and battery products and explain warranties.
• Drives sales and service excellence by promoting TBC offerings to members and collaborating with the team.
• Triages and prioritizes service workflow in TBC bays and coordinates with technicians to meet service needs.
