Qualifications

• Must have a valid state-issued driver’s license.
• 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintains facility and sales floor safety and standards by following safety policies and procedures.
• Stock, sign, price, and organize merchandise; maintain displays and remove damaged items.
• Assist members with tire installation scheduling and service appointments; explain lead times and cancellations.
• Provide expert member service using Sam’s Garage and product knowledge to recommend tires and batteries and explain warranties.
• Promote TBC offerings and value, driving sales and service excellence across the club.
• Prioritize service workflow in TBC bays to maximize efficiency and advise team leads on service needs.
