Job summary

Sam's East is hiring a Tire & Battery Center Technician to provide safe, efficient service in both sales and service areas and to help deliver value to our members. You will work with teammates to meet member expectations and support daily operations.

You will apply knowledge of safety, tire and battery guidelines, TPMS, and POS systems while assisting customers, processing transactions, and maintaining inventory with integrity.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience and teamwork oriented.
• Understanding safety/compliance protocols and tire/battery knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team to fulfill sales and service requests.
• Educate associates on tools, tasks, resources, and mentor new technicians.
• Handle safety and compliance protocols and TPMS knowledge.
• Leverage digital tools to plan for and drive sales and service quality.
• Operate cash registers and process transactions accurately.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist customers with purchases.
