Job summary

Sam's East at Sam's Club in Shenandoah, TX is hiring a Tire & Battery Center Technician to provide safe and efficient service in both sales and service areas while collaborating with associates to meet member expectations.

You will help teams educate customers, demonstrate knowledge of safety standards, use digital tools for planning and sales, manage inventory and cash registers, and uphold our values of integrity and customer focus; prior retail or automotive experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Valid state-issued driver's license.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must successfully complete all required trainings within a prescribed time period.

Responsibilities

• Team Member: Collaborates with team to fulfill sales and service requests and mentor new technicians.
• Be an Expert: Demonstrates knowledge of safety protocols, TPMS, and service standards.
• Be a Techie: Uses digital tools to plan for and drive sales and service improvements.
• Be an Owner: Manages transactions, inventory, and documentation while ensuring compliance.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Models high-quality service and supports team development.
• Act with Integrity: Maintains ethics and aligns with Walmart values in daily tasks.
