Job summary

Sam's East in Cincinnati, OH seeks a Tire and Battery Center associate to deliver member-focused service, stock and merchandise the TBC area, and manage installation scheduling. You will use Sam’s Garage and product knowledge to guide customers toward safe tire and battery solutions and coordinate with the team to maintain high service standards.

Responsibilities

Maintains safety standards on the TBC sales floor and in handling materials.
Organizes and merchandises Tire and Battery Center products per policy.
Assists members with tire installation scheduling and service recommendations.
Provides expert member service and recommendations using Sam’s Garage and product knowledge.
Drives sales and service excellence by promoting TBC offerings.
Triages service workflow and prioritizes appointments to maximize efficiency.
Follows safety, compliance, and POS procedures.
Uses handheld devices to plan sales and improve service.
Acts as a brand advocate and mentors team members.
Processes member purchases, returns, and payments according to policy.
