Job summary

Sam's Club in Fairlawn, OH is seeking a Tire and Battery Center associate to assist members with tire and battery services, schedule installations, and maintain safe, organized service bays in line with company policies.

You will use Sam's Garage knowledge and in-store tools to recommend products, process purchases, and support the TBC team while delivering high-quality service to members.

Qualifications

• Must have valid state-issued driver's license.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Tire and Battery Center safety and standards by following safety policies and procedures and reporting unsafe conditions.
• Assist members with tire and battery services, appointments, lead times, and installations while providing recommendations and answering questions.
• Stock, display, price, and merchandise Tire and Battery Center products and signage according to policy.
• Assist in processing purchases, returns, and exchanges and operate POS with accuracy.
• Promote TBC offerings and ensure a high level of member service and satisfaction.
• Support team members and prioritize service to maximize efficiency and meet member needs.
