Job summary

Sam’s Club in Warren, OH is seeking a Tire & Battery Center associate to maintain safety standards and organize the sales floor. You will assist members with tire services, provide product recommendations, and drive sales across TBC offerings.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety and compliance with store policies and safety procedures.
• Organize, stock, zone, and merchandise Tire and Battery Center (TBC) areas.
• Assist members with tire installation appointments and upkeep.
• Provide expert member service and recommendations using Sam’s Garage and product knowledge.
• Drive sales and service excellence for TBC and promote offerings to members.
• Triages service workflow in TBC bays to maximize efficiency.
• Operate POS and handle payments, returns, and exchanges following procedures.
