Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain facility and sales floor safety and standards by following safety policies and procedures, including forklift and hazardous material handling.
• Present and maintain merchandise presentation by stocking, setting up displays, pricing, and addressing damaged goods.
• Assist members with tire maintenance and installation appointments and communicate lead time changes.
• Provide expert member service, recommend tires and batteries, explain warranties, and ensure value for members.
• Drive sales by promoting TBC offerings and collaborating with club associates to raise awareness of TBC services.
• Prioritize service workflow in TBC bays, identify waiting members, and coordinate with team leads to meet service needs.
