Job summary

Sam's Club in Pleasantville, NJ, is seeking a Tire & Battery Center associate to support sales floor and service operations. You will assist members with tire maintenance, installation appointments, and service decisions, using Sam’s Garage and POS systems to ensure accurate purchases and warranties.

You will help maintain safety, present merchandise, and drive TBC value while collaborating with team members to deliver exceptional service and a seamless member experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or auto service environments preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage members.
• Able to operate POS systems and handle payments, returns and exchanges.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety standards and organize the Tire & Battery Center (TBC) as per company policies.
• Assist members with tire maintenance, installation appointments and service decisions.
• Provide expert member service and recommendations using product knowledge and references.
• Drive sales and promote TBC offerings across the club.
• Triages and prioritizes service workflow in TBC service bays to maximize efficiency.
