Job summary

Sam's Club in Edison, NJ is seeking a Tire & Battery Center team member to assist with tire and battery services, installations, and merchandise presentation. You will greet members, assess needs, and guide purchases while maintaining safety standards and using Sam's Garage references.

The role emphasizes service excellence and collaboration with club associates. The position requires a valid driver's license and 18+ years old, with prior retail or auto service experience preferred.

Qualifications

Valid state-issued driver's license.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Retail or auto service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Maintain safety and cleanliness of the Tire & Battery Center and sales floor.
Assist members with tire and battery purchases, maintenance, and installations.
Stock, price, sign, and merchandize displays while handling claims, returns, and damages.
Advise members using Sam's Garage knowledge and explain warranties.
Operate POS and assist with payments, returns, and exchanges per policy.
Collaborate with club associates to promote TBC offerings and service value.
Prioritize service bays and manage workflow to maximize efficiency.
Follow safety, compliance, and product handling guidelines for TBC.
