Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid state-issued driver’s license.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Auto service industry and retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety and standards on the sales floor and service bays; conduct safety sweeps.
• Stock, display, price, and organize merchandise in Tire and Battery Center.
• Assist members with tire installation, maintenance, and service decisions.
• Provide expert member service using Sam’s Garage and product knowledge.
• Drive sales and promote TBC offerings across the club; communicate lead times and changes.
• Triager service workflow to optimize efficiency and prioritize customer needs.
