Job summary

Sam's Club in Fishkill, NY is seeking a Tire & Battery Center associate to maintain safety and merchandising standards, assist members with tire installations, and provide expert product recommendations. You will manage orders, triage service flow, and prioritize tasks to optimize service efficiency.

You will use Sam’s Garage tools and product knowledge to explain warranties, promote value, and ensure customer satisfaction while adhering to safety and company policies across the TBC area.

Qualifications

• Valid state-issued driver's license.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Auto service or retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain facility and sales floor safety and standards by following safety policies and procedures.
• Organize, stock, zone, and merchandise the Tire and Battery Center (TBC) area.
• Assist members with tire installation appointments and service decisions.
• Provide expert member service and recommendations using Sam’s Garage and product knowledge.
• Drive sales and service excellence in the TBC by communicating value and partnering with club associates.
