Responsibilities

• Maintain safety standards on the sales floor and in the Tire and Battery Center (TBC).
• Keep merchandise organized, stocked, labeled, priced, and displayed per policy.
• Assist with tire/battery orders, scheduling installations, and handling lead time changes.
• Provide expert member service, help with purchases, and explain warranties and services.
• Promote TBC offerings to members and collaborate with the team to drive sales.
• Triages service work, prioritizes appointments, and supports technicians as needed.
