Job summary

Walmart – Tire and Battery Center in Idaho Falls is seeking a team member to maintain safety, organize the TBC sales floor, assist with tire maintenance and installation, and help members select the right tire and battery products.

You will use Sam’s Garage knowledge, follow company policies, and collaborate with the TBC Team Lead and technicians to optimize service, handle purchases, returns, and demonstrations of warranties while delivering exceptional member service.

Qualifications

• Valid state-issued driver's license.
• 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety and standards across the facility and sales floor per safety policies.
• Assist with tire and battery installation scheduling and service requests.
• Greet members, identify needs, and recommend tires and batteries with Sam’s Garage knowledge.
• Process purchases, returns, refunds, and exchanges using appropriate payment methods.
