Qualifications

• Valid state-issued driver's license.
• 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintains facility and sales floor safety and standards by adhering to safety policies and procedures, including safety sweeps and proper handling requirements.
• Ensures Tire and Battery Center (TBC) sales floor is organized, stocked, zoned, and merchandised per policies, including handling of claims, returns, shrink, and damages.
• Presents and maintains merchandise by stocking, cleaning, pricing, and securing high-shrink items.
• Monitors tire and battery orders, assists with installation appointments, and communicates lead time changes or cancellations.
• Provides expert member service by greeting members, identifying needs, aiding purchases, and explaining warranties for tire and battery products.
