Job summary

Sam's Club in Ontario, CA is hiring for a Tire and Battery Center team member. You will greet members, assess needs, and recommend tire and battery products, explain warranties, and assist with scheduling installations.

You will ensure the sales floor is organized, safe, and merchandised according to policy, while handling claims, returns, and damaged goods. You will prioritize service flow, triage work in the TBC bays, and communicate lead times and cancellations.

Qualifications

• Valid state-issued driver\'s license.
• 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, assess needs and recommend tire and battery products; explain warranties and help with installations.
• Maintain organized, safe, and properly merchandised Tire and Battery Center (TBC) area; handle claims, returns, and damaged goods.
• Prioritize service workflow, triage bays, and communicate lead times/cancellations to members; assist with tire maintenance and repairs.
