Job summary

Sam's Club in Citrus Heights, CA is seeking a Tire & Battery Center team member to maintain sales floor safety, stock and present merchandise, and assist members with tire installation and related services. You will use Sam’s Garage and product knowledge to recommend safe, value-driven solutions and ensure a positive member experience.

The role emphasizes high-quality service, adherence to safety standards, and collaboration with club colleagues to promote TBC offerings and achieve service goals.

Qualifications

• Valid state-issued driver's license.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Auto service industry experience or retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains Tire and Battery Center area by stocking, signing, pricing, and organizing displays; handles damaged goods and preserves proper merchandising.
• Assists members with tire installation appointments, communicates lead time changes, and suggests alternatives for installation or tire fitments.
• Provides expert member service, uses Sam’s Garage and product knowledge to recommend safe tire and battery products and explain warranties.
• Drives sales and service excellence, promotes TBC offerings, and collaborates with club associates to raise member awareness.
• Triages service workflow, prioritizes TBC service bays, and supports training of team members while following safety protocols.
