Job summary

Sam's Club Visalia is opening a brand-new club and seeking a Tire & Battery Advisor to join the founding team. You will help members choose tires and batteries, schedule installations, and deliver expert service that keeps members safe and rolling.

You will work on a busy, safety-conscious floor, using Sam's Garage knowledge and point-of-sale tools to assist with orders, appointments, and payments while upholding high service standards.

Qualifications

• Driver's license required.
• 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with tire and battery purchases and appointments.
• Maintain organized and safe sales floor for tire and battery center.
• Provide expert service to help members make confident vehicle safety decisions.
• Use technology to plan sales, manage orders, and support installations.
• Operate checkout, returns, refunds, and exchanges as needed.
