Job summary

Responsibilities

• Maintain Tire and Battery Center safety, organization, and merchandising according to policy.
• Assist members with tire and battery services, purchases, and appointments.
• Explain warranties and product specs; recommend best options to members.
• Operate POS and handle payments, returns, and exchanges following procedures.
• Monitor service queue and prioritize appointments to maximize efficiency.
• Collaborate with TBC team leads and technicians to meet service needs.
