Sam's Club in State College, PA is seeking a Tire and Battery Center Services Lead to supervise hourly associates, drive member service, and ensure safe and efficient operations on the floor. You will model Tire and Battery Center expertise, lead a team, and collaborate with other leaders to meet the club’s goals.

You’ll be accountable for maintaining inventory accuracy, applying company programs, and using digital tools to enhance the service experience and associate engagement.

Formación

• 6 months supervisory or 6 months automotive industry experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must successfully complete all required trainings and assessments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Tire and Battery Center team to meet goals and contribute to the club's success.
• Train team on products, tools and procedures and ensure safety/compliance.
• Use handheld tech to drive sales, service quality, and associate engagement.
• Plan staffing and scheduling, manage inventory and paperwork, and maintain a clean, safe area.
