Qualifications

• Willing to learn Tire and Battery Center products and processes.
• Ability to follow safety and compliance protocols.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Tire and Battery Center team to meet the business plan and deliver high quality member service.
• Coach and train associates to follow procedures and maintain product knowledge.
• Operate cash registers and handle transactions as needed to support member service.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, safety standards and required documentation.
