Job summary

Sam's Club in Columbia, SC is seeking a Tire and Battery Center associate to deliver expert member service, assist with tire maintenance, and facilitate purchases at the point of sale. You will apply product knowledge to recommend safe, suitable tire and battery options and help schedule installations.

You will prioritize service flow in the TBC bays, understand service time requirements, and uphold safety and company policies while supporting teammates and contributing to a positive member

Qualifications

• Valid state-issued driver's license.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Auto service industry and retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides expert member service and recommendations by greeting members, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions and resolving concerns.
• Maintains TBC operations including tire and battery service queues, safety, and adherence to policies.
• Processes purchases and returns at POS, and assists with installations and service scheduling.
