Job summary

Sam's Club in Waterloo, IA seeks a Tire & Battery Center associate to maintain safety, stock, and service standards on the floor and in service bays. Qualifications

• Valid state-issued driver's license.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Auto service and retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain TBC safety, organize sales floor and stock according to standards.
• Assist members with tire installation and service decisions.
• Recommend tires and batteries using Sam’s Garage and explain warranties.
• Process purchases and returns at the point of sale and assist in payments.
• Provide exceptional member service and resolve concerns with empathy.
• Collaborate with club associates to promote TBC offerings and value to members.
