Job summary

Sam's West is hiring for a Tire & Battery Center associate at our Sioux Falls location. You will help maintain safety and organization on the sales floor, stock displays, and handle claims, returns, and damaged merchandise.

You’ll assist members with tire and battery orders and scheduling installations, and guide them using Sam’s Garage and product knowledge to ensure safe, value-driven choices. You will drive sales through strong service, teamwork, and adherence to store protocols while

Qualifications

• Must have valid state-issued driver's license.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Preferred: Auto service industry, Retail Experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintains facility and sales floor safety and standards by following safety policies and procedures.
• Ensures Tire and Battery Center (TBC) sales floor is organized, stocked, zoned, and merchandised.
• Monitors status of tire and battery orders daily; assists with service appointments and installations.
• Provides expert member service by greeting members, identifying needs, and assisting with purchases and services.
• Drives sales and service excellence by communicating value of merchandise and collaborating with club associates.
• Triages service workflow in TBC; prioritizes appointments to maximize efficiency.
