• Operate cash registers and process transactions while assisting customers.
• Assist teammates in fulfilling sales and service requests and mentor new technicians when appropriate.
• Manage inventory, order parts, and ensure merchandise is labeled and stored per policy.
• Adhere to safety and integrity standards and communicate issues to leadership.
