Job summary

Sam's Club in Bismarck, ND is seeking a Tire & Battery Center associate to maintain safety standards, assist members with tire and battery services, and drive sales through product knowledge and service excellence.

You will process purchases, handle returns, and support technicians with service workflows, while upholding Sam's Club policies and delivering a superior member experience.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid state-issued driver's license.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety and standards on the floor and in the Tire & Battery Center (TBC).
• Assist members with tire and battery services and maintenance.
• Provide expert member service and product recommendations using Sam’s Garage and warranties.
• Drive sales by communicating value of merchandise and services and guiding customers to best choices.
• Process purchases, returns, refunds, and exchanges per policy and assist in payments.
