Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must complete all required trainings and assessments for the position.

• Lead Tire and Battery Center team to deliver on the business plan and meet member expectations.
• Maintain knowledge of tire and battery services, safety, and equipment operation to train the team.
• Use digital tools to plan for sales, improve service, and engage associates.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work area and assist in staffing and scheduling.
