Job summary

Qualifications

• 6 months supervisory experience or 6 months experience in automotive industry.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must complete all required trainings and assessments if selected.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Tire and Battery Center team to meet business goals and member needs.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of tire and battery services, safety and compliance.
• Train and develop teammates; manage equipment, inventory and tools.
• Plan staffing, scheduling, and ensure accurate cash handling and transactions.
• Drive sales and improve service using digital tools and performance metrics.
