Walmart Inc. at Sam’s Club #6643 in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Tire and Battery Center Team Leader to supervise hourly teammates and drive member service. You will model expertise in Tire and Battery Center operations and collaborate with other leaders to meet the club’s goals.

The role requires at least 6 months of supervisory or automotive experience, strong leadership, and a customer-first attitude. The position offers full-time hours, an hourly wage range of $22.00–$30.00, and benefits

Qualifications

• 6 months supervisory experience or 6 months experience in automotive industry.
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Preferred: Tire Industry Certification

Responsibilities

• Be a Team Leader: supervise the Tire and Battery Center team to meet the business plan and deliver member service.
• Be an Expert: maintain in-depth knowledge of tire and battery services, safety standards, equipment operations and product specs; train the team.
• Be an Owner: manage operations, scheduling, inventory, cash handling and compliance; ensure a neat, safe work area and proactive planning.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: develop and mentor associates, encourage growth, and promote teamwork and ethics.
