Qualifications

• 6 months supervisory experience or 6 months experience in automotive industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead Tire and Battery Center to meet business plan and drive member service.
• Maintain expertise in tire and battery service standards and safety compliance.
• Utilize handheld tools to drive sales, service quality and staff engagement.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, inventory, and cash transactions; ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Train and mentor associates; identify growth opportunities and ensure timely training.
