Job summary

Sam's Club in Dallas, TX is seeking a Tire and Battery Center Services Lead to supervise a team of hourly associates and deliver safe, efficient services in the Tire and Battery Center. You will model expertise, train the team, and coordinate with other leaders to meet member expectations.

Qualifications

• 6 months supervisory experience or 6 months experience in automotive industry.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Lead Tire and Battery Center team to deliver on the business plan and member expectations.
• Communicate goals, set guidelines, and supervise tire and battery service.
• Ensure safety, compliance, inventory, and scheduling; train and develop the team.
• Leverage digital tools and handheld technology to drive sales and service quality.
• Order equipment, manage supplies and assist in staffing while controlling costs.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and model Walmart values and ethics.
