Job summary

Modus by PM Hotel Group is seeking a Bartender for Hotel Hive in Washington, DC. The role involves crafting beverages, serving food, and delivering personalized guest experiences in lobby and rooftop bars.

This is a tipped, non-exempt, on-site position reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager. The base pay is $10.30 per hour plus eligible tips, with growth opportunities in a dynamic hospitality team.

Qualifications

• Provide exceptional personalized customer service to guests.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Must be at least 21 years old and certified in TIPS.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional personalized customer service and experiences to our guests.
• Work at both the Hotel Hive lobby Bar and Hotel Hive Rooftop Bar.
• Attend to guests quickly, anticipate needs, and deliver a memorable experience.
• Be familiar with ingredients and menu items to navigate the guest experience.
• Think quickly, use good judgment, and solve problems in a fast-paced setting.
• Serve up drinks and handle guest requests with care.
• Create a warm, welcoming atmosphere and ensure safety standards.
