Job summary

Modus by PM Hotel Group is seeking a Bartender for Hotel Hive in Washington, DC to craft beverages in the lobby and rooftop bars, delivering personalized service and memorable experiences.

Responsibilities include serving drinks, staying knowledgeable about ingredients and menu items, and maintaining hospitality standards in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. Must be 21+, TIPS certified, and able to lift 30 pounds. Base pay is $10.30/hour plus tips.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional personalized customer service and experiences to our guests.
• Work at both the Hotel Hive lobby Bar and Hotel Hive Rooftop Bar.
• Quickly attend to guests, anticipate their needs, keep drinks filled and deliver a memorable guest experience.
• Be familiar with all ingredients and menu items to best navigate the guest experience.
• Think on your feet, use good judgement and problem solve in a fast paced environment.
• Serve up drinks on our menu as well as special guest requests.
• Create a warm and welcome atmosphere.
• Adhere to food handling and security safety standards.
