Hotel Hive, located in Washington, DC, is seeking a Food & Beverage Shift Leader for Modus by PM Hotel Group to act as Manager on Duty for the Pizza shop, lobby bar and rooftop bar. You will deliver exceptional guest service and maintain a fast‑paced, clean, customer‑focused operation.

The role reports to the Shop Leader, requires strong communication, and the ability to lift 30 pounds while being on your feet for extended periods. Pay is $19–$20 per hour and work is on‑site.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional personalized customer service and experiences to guests
• Act as a manager on duty
• Manage a fast‑paced, high‑volume, clean, customer‑focused shop
• Think on your feet, use good judgement and problem‑solve in a fast paced environment
• Provide support to the pizza shop, lobby bar and roof top bar
• Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere
• Be able to lift at least 30 pounds regularly and be on your feet regularly
• Be able to handle a knife confidently
