Job summary

Hotel Hive in Washington, DC seeks an experienced Director of Food & Beverage to lead three distinct spaces—the Hive Bar, Hive Rooftop, and the &pizza shop—ensuring exceptional guest experiences and strong profitability. This full-time, on-site role reports to the General Manager and drives brand standards, service quality, and team development.

Proven track record in F&B leadership within a hotel or multi-outlet setting.
Strong budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control abilities.

Responsibilities

Oversee three F&B outlets—Hive Bar, Hive Rooftop, and the &pizza shop—with full financial accountability.
Lead and develop the F&B team to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction.
Direct operations to align with budget, pricing, and cost-control strategies.
Design and manage beverage programs, inventory, and vendor relationships.
Standardize service levels and SOPs across outlets; ensure policy compliance.
