Sodexo Live is hiring Wait Staff Tipped at THE NATIONAL WWII MUSEUM. The role offers part-time hours with open shifts, tipping pay, and opportunities to work across a premium venue. You will deliver attentive service for a diverse menu, assist guests, and maintain high standards in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Applicants should have a High School diploma or equivalent, 0–1 year experience, and may need alcohol-service certification such as TIPS/TEAM. Training and benefits may be provided.

Formación

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 0 to 1 year related experience.
• Must be at or over the minimum age to serve alcohol depending on local regulations.
• May require TIPS/TEAM or equivalent alcohol-service certification.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and seat guests, present menus, and introduce specials or menu changes.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on meals, beverages, and wine, and answer questions about menu items and preparation.
• Take and relay orders to the kitchen, confirm orders, and process them in the correct sequence.
• Check items for quality and ensure presentations are attractive and consistent.
• Monitor guest needs and address requests or concerns professionally.
• Walk/stand for extended periods; lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
