HEI Hotels and Resorts is seeking a friendly server to provide exceptional guest service at The Wade hotel in Chicago. You will take orders, input them into the POS, serve meals, and ensure accuracy and guest satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have strong knowledge of food and beverage, can promote menu items, and work well in a team while complying with alcohol service policies. This on-site role includes a supportive benefits package and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Provide friendly, courteous service to guests.
• Remember, recite, and promote menu items accurately.
• Operate POS to input orders and process payments.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and explain specials or promotions.

• Input orders into POS and deliver meals with condiments.
• Ensure compliance with alcohol service rules and etiquette.
